A course of snails painted at the Hydrangea Temple in Kongo Mountain🐌✨
Yata Temple, a historic temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect, was founded in the Nara period (710-794) and is surrounded by important cultural properties. With 10,000 hydrangeas of 60 varieties in full bloom on the temple grounds, the temple is popularly known as Jizo and Hydrangea Temple.
It is rich in ups and downs as you climb up the mountain many times. Great for training!
