GPS art of the place name “Ina” drawn in Ina Town✨
This is a series of GPS art courses that draw the place name “Ina” in Ina Town, Saitama.
The name Ina comes from the birthplace of Ina Tadatsugu (伊奈忠次), who undertook the Tone River Eastward Expansion Project in the early Edo period (1603-1868). Ina Line (New Shuttle) opened between 1983 and 1990, providing convenient access to Omiya.
Ina Town was once a farming village with orchards of pears and grapes, and after the opening of New Shuttle, it became a bedroom community. The urban landscape is a mixture of these two landscapes. Even people from Saitama rarely visit this area, so I hope you will take this opportunity to visit.
