GPS art of cherry blossoms on a mountain decorated with 600 cherry trees✨
Uomidake, near the southern tip of Kagoshima Prefecture, is decorated with 600 Someiyoshino cherry trees in spring. The best time to see them is usually from late March to early April. Chiringa Island, to the east of this course, is a sandy road that connects to land at low tide. This is also a great spot to stop by.
The distance is about the same as a half-marathon, with added ups and downs, so it may be a little more for the experienced runner. Please give it a try!
