This is a GPS artwork of rugby players touring around Komazawa Olympic Park General Sports Ground, named after the site of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. It is also the home ground of the Ricoh Black Rams Tokyo, a member of Rugby League One, where matches and fan events are held.
