GPS art of a snail drawing on a “place named after rain”🐌✨
This is a series of GPS art courses that draw snails in “place names with ” rain (雨) “.
Amema (雨間) is located southeast of Akiruno City, on both banks of the Akigawa River. It is said to derive its name from Amemushiyu Shrine (雨武主神社), the town’s local deity. Amemushiyu Shrine was built in the late 16th century during the Warring States Period, and was moved to its current location in 1909.
It is a bedroom town on the west side of Tokyo. Access from central Tokyo is convenient, so please give it a try 🐌🐌🐌
