A circle with a radius of 3.14 km drawn in the central city of Hokkaido✨
Located in the center of Hokkaido, Asahikawa is the economic, industrial, and cultural center of northern Hokkaido, and the course forms a 3.14 km radius circle around the city. It has been developed as a sacred place for the Ainu since ancient times, and nowadays, the road network developed since the settlement of the Tonden soldiers in the Meiji era (1868-1912) runs the length and breadth of the city.
