The Tamayu River flows from Tamatsukuri Onsen to Lake Shinji.
About 400 Someiyoshino cherry trees bloom along both banks of the river for 2 km.
At night during the cherry blossom season, the river is lit up and you can enjoy watching the cherry blossoms at night.
You can also enjoy the view of the vast Shinji Lake and take a rest in the hot spring resort after running.
