GPS art of a snake, drawn at a Hatsumode spot in Kobe🐍✨
This GPS art course takes visitors to the area around Yonomiya Shrine, a famous Hatsumode (New Year’s visit) spot in Kobe, where you can draw a snake, the animal of the Chinese zodiac.
Yonomiya Shrine, located in Chuo Ward, Kobe, is known primarily as a god of the performing arts. Many worshippers come to the shrine to make requests regarding their respective single art, such as performing arts or sports. Beside the shrine pavilion is the Mi Shrine (Snake Shrine), which enshrines a white snake, the messenger of Benten Zai. Offerings of eggs and sacred sake, his favorite food, are recommended.
