This GPS art course takes you to the area around Takenobu Inari, a Kyoto’s spot associated with snakes, where you can draw a snake, the animal of the Chinese zodiac.
Take-nobu Inari Shrine, located in Kyoto City, is a historic shrine that is believed to be beneficial for business and marriage. It was built in 859, during the Heian period (794-1185), and has been worshipped by many people since ancient times. Within the shrine grounds, the “Hakuja Daibenzaiten” (White Snake Great Benevolent) is enshrined, and is especially revered as a deity that brings good luck in money and fortune.
Since 2025 is the Year of the Snake, Takenobu Inari Shrine may become a popular spot. Please try it during your first visit to the temple🐍✨
