The first spring ahead of the others! GPS art of cherry blossoms✨
This course draws cherry blossoms GPS art on the Mamigasaki Sakura Line, one of Yamagata Prefecture’s most famous cherry blossom viewing spots.
There is a row of cherry trees along the Mamigasaki River that runs through the center of Yamagata City. Approximately 660 Someiyoshino cherry trees are planted along the embankment, and during the cherry blossom season, visitors can enjoy the illumination of the trees. The best time to view the cherry blossoms is usually from early to mid-April. Driving in the area is enjoyable, but be careful not to look over your shoulder when driving.
The trend is for restrictions on activities to be lifted. We think this is the perfect place for sightseeing in Yamagata 🌸
