Rabbit GPS art to be drawn at Hatsumode spot in Kyoto🐰✨
A course of GPS art of a rabbit, the animal of the Chinese zodiac, drawn at Okazaki Shrine, one of Kyoto’s most popular hare places for Hatsumode (New Year’s visit to the shrine).
The rabbit has become the symbol of this shrine because of the legend that the god of the shrine was blessed with a child and because there used to be many rabbits in the Okazaki area. Many statues related to rabbits, such as “guardian rabbits,” “child-bearing rabbits,” and “beckoning rabbits,” are located in the precincts of the shrine. There is also a “Usagi mikuji omamori” (rabbit charm), so please pay attention to it when you visit the shrine.
Depending on the infection of the plague, it may be difficult to gather… …Please enjoy the zodiac orchid run avoiding the density 🐰🐇✨
