Morioka City is located in the center of the Kitakami Basin in inland Iwate Prefecture.
The course is a 3.14 km radius circle around Morioka Station, the gateway to the city, located at the confluence of the Kitakami River and the Shizukuishi River.
With its mountains and valleys, this course allows you to experience the nature of the Kitakami Basin and the culture of Morioka.
