GPS art of “YU” to be drawn in one of the most famous hot springs in Japan♨✨
A course of “ゆ (hotspring)” GPS art to draw in Beppu Onsen.
Many hot spring villages are gathered together and collectively called Beppu Onsen. It has a long history and was mentioned in “Iyokuni Fudoki” compiled in the early 8th century. In the Meiji period (1868-1912), it developed due to the evolution of drilling technology. During the high-growth period after World War II, the area flourished during a tourism boom that included honeymoon trips and school excursions. Today, the number of visitors from outside Japan is increasing, although it has calmed down since then.
The distance between the two cities is short enough to do a bit of sightseeing. If you stop by, please give it a try ♨✨
