GPS art of the place name “Ota” drawn in Ota Ward✨
This is a series of GPS art courses that draw the place name “Ota” in Ota Ward, Tokyo.
In March 1947, the previous Omori and Kamata wards were merged to form Ota Ward. The name of the ward was derived from one letter each from Omori (大森) and Kamata (蒲田) to form “Ota-ku(大田).
This course tours the area between Omori and Kamata Stations. Until the prewar period, it was a famous sightseeing spot in the Tokyo suburbs. It may be interesting to try it while imagining the sightseeing spots of the past!
