Matsushiro Castle, located in the center of Matsushiro Town, Nagano City, was built during the Warring States Period and demolished during the Meiji Period.
Today, it has been rebuilt and maintained as a park.
About 100 Oyama-zakura cherry trees have been planted in the surrounding area.
