Cherry Blossom in Shibatajoshi Park, Shibata, Nigata pref. 9km

新発田城址公園のさくら(新潟県新発田市)のGPSアート

The first spring ahead of the others! GPS art of cherry blossoms✨

This course draws cherry blossoms GPS art in Niigata Prefecture’s famous cherry blossom viewing spot, Shibatajoshi Park.
The park is located right next to Shimbada Castle. Approximately 260 Someiyoshino cherry trees and 30 Yaezakura cherry trees will be planted on the site. Bonbori (paper lanterns) will be set up during the blooming season, and visitors can enjoy the beautiful nighttime cherry blossoms in contrast with the Shibada Castle.
It is becoming a trend that the restriction of activities is being lifted. We think it is a perfect place for sightseeing in Shibata 🌸
