A course of catfish GPS art to be drawn in Minato no Mori Park (Kobe Earthquake Reconstruction Memorial Park), a symbol of reconstruction from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
The park opened on January 17, 2010, 15 years after the earthquake, on the site that used to be JR Cargo Kobe Port Station. The park has several sports plazas and functions as a disaster prevention park in the event of an earthquake.
