墨田(東京都墨田区)のGPSアート

GPS art of the place name “Sumida” drawn in Sumida✨

This is a series of GPS art courses that draw the place name “Sumida” in Sumida-ward, Tokyo.
Sumida ward was established in 1947 by combining Mukojima ward in the northern part and Honjo ward in the southern part of the city. The name “Sumida (墨田)” is derived from two Chinese characters: “sumi (墨)” for the name of the Sumida River embankment, which has been widely known and loved by people since ancient times, and “ta (田)” for the name of the Sumida River.
The location of the complex is within the 23 wards of Tokyo, making it aptly named for the concrete jungle. In addition to sightseeing in Tokyo, the course is complex, so it may be just right for a little orienteering!
