GPS art of the place name “Adachi” drawn in Adachi Ward✨
This is a series of GPS art courses that draw the place name “Adachi” in Adachi Ward, Tokyo.
The name “Adachi-ku” is derived from “Adachi-gun, Musashi Province. When the ward was established in 1932, there was a proposal for “Senju-ku” (Senju Ward). However, residents of Minami-Adachi County north of Senju opposed the idea, so the district was settled on Adachi-ku after their insistence.
The tour will move through the apartment complexes, residential areas, and town factories that symbolize Adachi Ward. It is just a good course for a walk, as I think it is an area you rarely have a chance to stop by.
