GPS art of famous landmarks drawn on the Great Buddha in Tokai City✨
This is a course of GPS art of the Big Buddha, drawn on Great Buddha of Shurauen in Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture.
The statue was opened to the public in 1927 to commemorate the Emperor Showa’s wedding. Standing 18.79 meters tall, it is bigger than the Great Buddha of Nara or Kamakura! The surrounding area is designated as a cultural asset, and the view from the hilltop is excellent.
This is a course where you can feel Tokai, the city of iron manufacturing. Try it for a sightseeing run!
