GPS art of a snake drawn at one of Iwate’s most popular snake spot🐍✨
This GPS art course takes you to the area around Hebiyashiki, a Iwate’s spot associated with snakes, where you can draw a snake, the animal of the Chinese zodiac.
Hebiyashiki, located in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, was once a part of Motomiya Village, but was incorporated into Morioka City and has now been redeveloped into a central park. The area is also the birthplace of Takashi Hara (the 19th Prime Minister of Japan), so you can stop by the memorial hall.
Since 2025 is the Year of the Snake, Hebiyashiki may become a popular spot. Please try it instead of a New Year’s visit 🐍✨
