GPS art of a snake drawn at one of Tokyo’s most popular Hatsumode spot🐍✨
This GPS art course takes you to the area around Hebikubo Jinja, a Tokyo spot associated with snakes, where you can draw a snake, the animal of the Chinese zodiac.
The shrine is said to have been built in 1322 when the area was hit by a drought, and the shrine was built in gratitude to the “Ryujinsha” (Dragon God Shrine) by an old pond for rain. This is said to be the origin of the shrine.
Since 2025 is the Year of the Snake, the Snake Kubo Shrine may become a popular spot. Please try it during your first visit to the shrine🐍✨
