Halloween GPS art to be drawn on the proposed site of the relocation of the National Assembly🎃👻💀
Let’s walk, run, and make Halloween a great time! This is a GPS art course where you can draw Halloween characters in Mishima, Nasushiobara, which was once a candidate site for relocation of the National Diet functions.
Mishima is an agricultural area that was developed under the policy of colonization and industrialization during the Meiji Era (1868-1912). The area was laid out in a grid pattern around the intersection of National Highway 4 and National Highway 400. In 1999, the area was selected as a candidate for the relocation of the National Diet, and its functionality was highly evaluated.
The area’s grid-like layout makes it an ideal location for dot-arts. I would like to make Nasu Shiobara a mecca for GPS art, as it is thought to be the only place in the Kanto region with such a well-developed location!
