Komatsugaike Park is a nature-rich park in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, known for its early-blooming Kawazu cherry trees. About 200 Kawazu cherry trees are planted around the pond, and their beautiful pink blossoms bloom from mid-February to early March every year. Visitors can also enjoy the vivid contrast of cherry blossoms and rape blossoms along the “Komatsugaike Pond and Cherry Trees Route” around the park, and feel the arrival of spring.
