This is a course for Halloween to be drawn in the area between Magome and Omori stations, a residential area in northern Ota Ward.
The course includes the routes of National Route 1, Kan-nana-dori, and the Tokaido Shinkansen. At first glance, the location may seem unassuming, but it encompasses one of Tokyo’s major transportation arteries.
