GPS art of a snake drawn at a Hatsumode spot in Toyama Prefecture🐍✨
A GPS art course where you can draw a snake, the animal of the Chinese zodiac, around Takase Shrine, a Hatsumode (New Year’s visit) spot in Toyama Prefecture.
Takase Shrine, located in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, is one of the shrines in Etchu Province. It is unknown when the shrine was founded, but it is said to have originated in the period of the Nihonshoki (Chronicles of Japan), when Oonamuchi-no-mikoto, after completing the pacification of the Hokuriku region, enshrined his soul here as the god of the national spirit. The shrine is revered by many as a god of marriage.
Takase Shrine will continue to be a popular spot in 2025. Please try it during your Hatsumode🐍✨
