GPS art in a botanical garden with a variety of cherry blossoms✨
GPS art of cherry blossoms in Botanic Gardens of Toyama, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Toyama City.
Botanic Gardens of Toyama is a vast botanical garden in Toyama City, where visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers. In spring, about 500 cherry trees adorn the garden, including someiyoshino cherry trees, yamazakura cherry trees, weeping cherry trees, and many other varieties. About 140 varieties of cherry trees are planted, from early bloomers to late bloomers, and even cherry trees other than those of Japanese origin, such as the Unanzakura, can be enjoyed only at the botanical garden. The 300-meter-long tunnel of Someiyoshino cherry trees is especially breathtaking.
The peak of cherry blossom season is usually from late March to late April. Especially in early April, the “Cherry Blossom Festival” is held and the cherry blossoms are illuminated at night. There is also a spacious lawn area where visitors can enjoy cherry blossom viewing while picnicking. It is a perfect spot to enjoy the cherry blossoms while enjoying nature🌸
